Overflow used to be on Gambit weapons only (and generally only the curated Gambit weapons). And evidently, a lot of these perks have made their way into the world loot pool and onto normal weapons. So expect to see the DSC exclusive weapon perks slowly start showing up on normal weapons.

Before we had raid weapons rolling with rare or powerful combinations (for the era the raid was in). But with DSC and VoG introducing raid exclusive perks, I feel like there is an added layer of prestige to having a god roll raid weapon. All of the weapons have very powerful perks and unique ones to the raid, like this scout can have a double mag size (40 rounds!) And is the only available rapid fire I believe, also the only energy primary to have wellspring.Yeah, sorry for not being able to provide the best solution. Really getting in depth with weapons is one of my favorite parts of the game as well. The only other place I'd say you can get basic white rarity DSC phasers is by playing any missions set during the DSC era, as they have a small chance to drop there. Good luck and have fun!
